POSITIVE BEHAVIOUR FOR LEARNING FOCUS Responsible – I will participate in all class activities |
From HOD Senior Secondary
After another very busy start to the year, it is hard to believe we are almost half way through Term 1.
Congratulations to all students who were acknowledged at the Leaders Induction on Monday, I always love to see the students step up to take on additional roles within the school.

Our year 12s took their senior oath and I am looking forward to seeing these students succeed with these goals.
SENIORS’ OATH
As a Senior of St George State High School; I will, to the best of my ability:
Demonstrate pride in my school and set a high standard of personal effort and behaviour, which sets an excellent example to all members of our school and community.
Uphold the rules of our school.
Support the Principal and staff of the school to set and maintain quality standards of academic, sporting and cultural performances.
And, by my example, I will promote the ideals of our school motto “Together We
Achieve” to continue to co-operatively make our school “a better school”.
As a Senior, at all times, I will be prepared and act as a responsible, safe and respectful member of the school and community.
Students have all received their assessment calendars and attached to this newsletter are copies of these for each year level.
Thank you for your continued support with the education of your student. For any questions or concerns, you may have regarding your Senior Secondary students please email me at daddi4@eq.edu.au or call 4620 8222.
